Production

 Company policy has been to buy prime cotton during best domestic harvest season and keep stock for whole of the year to ensure consistent cotton blend for full year, thus keep consistent yarn parameters and uniform quality.

   Our highly equipped lab which include USTER HVI, ensures proper testing of each Lot of cotton and proper staking according to cotton blend requirements

   Cotton is selected from ginning mills with top “A” grade specification and with least contamination. Cotton being natural product and hand picked, minor contamination remaining in bales goes through on stringent contamination control system firstly by hand picking on each bale by ladies and later by spreading cotton on lattice for second hand picking resulting maximum removal of contamination from cotton.

   This is not all for contamination removal as when production is started in BLOW ROOM, cotton passes through two separate lines, each connected with electronically computerized LOPTEX system from ITALY which clean the cotton further from remaining contamination before Carding and further processing. Finally yarn is again cleaned from contamination at AUTOWINDING stage as all our auto winding machines are equipped with quantum yarn cleaners with F-Channel & PP Channel (Removing foreign fibers & PP in yarn) thus ensuring maximum removal of foreign fiber (contamination) in yarn.

   Our winding department is connected with on line monitoring computer system from USTER which enables monitoring of results of production for 24 hours in our quality control lab and ensures consistent quality. Special emphasis is given to CV%, Uniformity, thin & thick places and Neps in yarn which are ensured to qualify for  top “A” grade parameters under USTER classification. Draw frames from RIETER SWITZERLAND are equipped with AUTO-LEVELERS which also ensures consistent yarn parameters

   Our brand COTTON CANDY  is known to be best for dye absorption with no BARRE or dead fiber in knitting industry and is widely used in single jersey, pique and yarn dyeing with satisfaction.
